She probably would still be somewhat pretty if she’d gone for cosmetic surgery. It’s apparant she chose not to.
If she lost about 60 lbs., cut her hair and colored it, she would look fine for a woman her age. It doesn’t take cosmetic surgery. That straggly, frizzy grey mess around her mug is hardly beautifying.
