different kinds of oil....snow and ice are comin and therefore less driving....school is in therefore no vacations and home oil is cheaper than refined oil and gas

Yes but oil is a global commodity, and if demand is down in China it helps every one. Our own usage not withstanding.

there is no evidence China is using less oil ....also China uses more sheetrock and concrete too...all price effected by demand.
