I do not see how it won't because of all suppression of BO's legal documents, etc.

Reason(s): Slick, and the judge needs to act ASAP to avert a Constitutional Crisis.

a couple of weeks ago I had heard that the Berg motion(Phil Berg former asst. state att. for Pa. who filed a motion to keep bomas name off the ballot) was being heard and was moving through the courts, though at what pace I do not know. If it isn't heard before the elections it won't really matter.
