“The Annenberg Project. $160 million and where did it all go?”
And how did it change the schools in Chicago? Are they now the best in the country? What if they gave each of the schools part of that $160 million? Would that have been more effective?
If I understand all the articles I read about this, there ended up a war for power over the schools. The money didn’t help anything because, frankly, who knows if any of that money went to the schools. I’ve not been able to find out where any of it went. Do you know?
