This may help to explain tonight’s CNN story to some extent... One of the tenets of the CNN piece had to do with both the Annenberg (sp?) foundation as well as the Woods Foundation.
The end of the story, right before they broke to Anderson Cooper, was the best: the reporter stated that it was indeed Ayers who threw Barry Obama’s “coming out” party when he entered politics. Barry’s political mentor (name?) threw him under the proverbial bus.

The Chi-town pol was interviewed and said that she had little to do with the event and that she was asked to attend.
