The Democrat Party has a lot to gain on getting Obama elected no matter what scandals come up in four years. I think the MSM will like the ratings they get with Clinton Era scandals going on for 4 years.

What he would need to do and what would actually happen may be two very different things. I doubt the democrats would allow him to simply resign without a fight. If they win that fight a precedent would be set and we would be overrun with foreigners running for president in the USA and liberals rushing out to embrace them.

No. BO not being a natural born citizen would invalidate his votes for POTUS and Biden likewise, therefore, the election would be a do-over.
