In my opinion the price of gas has played a huge part in the downfall of our economy. Having to budget $1000.00+ a month for gas is killing us. I wonder if that accelerated the number of foreclosures. Going out to dinner, a little shopping here and there, vacations, etc. all those little extras is what fueled the economy, now it’s all going to fuel our cars so we can get to work.
