I sure hope this is what sets a fire under McCain. This makes it personal--he won't be just losing the election, his reputation will be permanently tarnished, so maybe that is what will get him on the offensive.
I see on another thread that McCain has finally mentioned Ayers. I hope it's not too little, too late, but from the looks of things at realclearpolitics and every poll I've seen, it's over.
