the problem is the economic crisis was not even handed....the FoxNews Special showed Bush, and his Administration tried several times since 2001, 2005 and again to try and get Legislation through reigning in Freddi Mac and Fannie Mae. It is sad that even Republicans have started blaming the Bush Administraion...”lightweight” he$$, the Executive Branch can suggest but not mandate.
The democrats were he$$ bent on ruining America, and they got the job done. I guess Obama knows if you repeat that slogan against Bush enough times, even your enemies start to believe it.

Actually, the Barney Frank character pointed out that Bush was right in saying (inquiring) that the administration had tried five (six?) years earlier to head off the crisis.

That's the "don't tell him anything he doesn't know" line came from.
