Exactly.
I saw Springsteen in 1974 when I was in college (and before he was known outside the Philly/NJ metro area). It was a great concert. But I imagine college kids look at Bruce Springsteen today the way I looked at Frank Sinatra back then.
I caught part of Springsteen’sfree concert yesterday on TV. He is definitely past his prime—way past.
