The 20th Amendment deals with the death of a president-elect before inauguration. According to that the vice-president-elect becomes president. If somehow Obama is found to be ineligible to be sworn in as president then I'm sure it would wind up in the courts. I believe that the court rule that Biden would be president, just as if Obama had died.

Common sense tells me when Mohamed Hussein nObama is NOT qualified to be on the ballot, then his NOT authorized to pick any VP, in this case O-biden either. He is the one who picked him, NOT DNC. It get spicier and spicier!!!

Legally it was the delegates at the Democratic Convention who nominated Biden, not Obama. And they are certainly qualified to select Biden as running mate and put him on the ticket.
