I guess OJ thought he could get away with murder in Vegas too, but it aint LA. completly different power structure in "Sin City" than in the "City of Angels".

Vegas' solvency depends on it being a safe place for wealthy high-rollers to go. They are unlikely to tolerate somebody assuming he can get away with being a thug.

Slasher Simpson will never spend a day in jail. Lord Obama (peace be upon him) will pardon Simpson

The President has no authority to issue a pardon for a state conviction. Only for federal offenses.

During the Nicole/Goldman trial, I always thought when he tried on the (bloody?) glove, he spread his fingers and kept them stiff. Not flexing, like one normally does when putting on gloves.

The problem was the exam gloves he wore "for protection". It is very hard to put on other gloves while wearing exam gloves.

As a radiologist, I wear large, lead-lined gloves for radiation protection during flouroscopy. They are big, roomy gloves and your bare hand slides right in.

However, if you had anticipated getting your hands wet prior to the flouroscopy exam, had put on exam gloves, left the clean and dry exam glove on and then attempt to put the lead glove on, the exam glove grabs the lead gloves like a basketball sneaker grabs a basketball court floor.

There's a reason you can't bowl with basketball sneakers on: ADHESIVE FRICTION

I doubt there would EVER be Rodney King riots in vegas.

Mob Violence Continues in Las Vegas

By DIRK JOHNSON, Published: May 19, 1992

A few miles and a world away from the blazing neon and flashing billboards where tourists stroll, this city's black neighborhoods have been wracked by mob violence almost every night since the riots began in Los Angeles.

Violence has erupted on 16 of the 18 nights since April 30, as the police have battled crowds that have burned and looted buildings, shot at police cars and pulled a man from a car and beat him.

Met with a hail of bullets, the police have cruised some streets in armored carriers borrowed from an Energy Department bomb test site. Shots have been fired from rooftops and open windows. The unrest has been blamed on members of street gangs.

Please, please, please, won’t some enterprising reporter ask Obama whether he thinks OJ Simpson was convicted because it was an all-white jury?

Either way he answers will drive some of his supporters away.

Also ask him if he thinks the US justice system is prejudiced against people of color. Once again any answer will offend somebody and run them off. Even if they only stay home, that helps.

..Fruit basket...

You're right. It wasn't taken out of context...it was the perfect punch line to the whole conversation.

It would be fun to see Ingraham take on the B(l)arney Stone.
