Gee, now that he's a convicted felon (12 times, no less) do you think the city of Buffalo will finally take his disgraced name down from the stadium wall or will they "compartmentalize" this latest conviction -- just as they did when he was convicted in civil court as being a double murderer -- from the fact he was, decades ago, a fine football player?

(I bet the city of Buffalo would be more likely to remove his disgraced name from a place of public honor if he was, say, an outspoken critic of gun control laws or of no smoking ordinances.)

Funny you mention that.

The one time I was at the Ralph Wilson Stadium, I noticed his name up there and I asked why it was.

Forget that...one of the more um uh interesting things in my visit to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton Ohio was the O J Simpson membership there. http://www.profootballhof.com/hof/member.jsp?player_id=195
