Jury nullification .. it’s become a studied and taught practice in law schools. Despicable.

Actually, it is the honored tradition our founding fathers sought to ensure -
along with 12 person juries (which have been whittled down in many courts for "expediency").
It is the last check in our system of checks and balances from unjust laws and "legislating from the bench."
Many courts have tried to eradicate it by refusing to approve jury instructions that inform juries of this important principle.
