Fear of a riot because of OJ?????? Oh God! Personally, I think the trial should of been a mistrial, though I think he did kill Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman or hired a hitman.
I always thought that his eldest son may have had some hand in it.
He almost killed Nicole first, then went after Ron Goldman. Finished off Nicole thereafter who was already dying. No other hitman. He didn't need help. OJ was watching or stalking Nicole since their divorce/separation. She left her draperies in the front of the condo open to let OJ know what she was doing. Not grounds for murder, but for someone with OJ's temper, it was stupid. Ron Goldman was just being a good guy by bringing her expensive sunglasses to her that she had forgotten or purposely left in the local restaurant.
