Huh?
Did you mean to say "Those are Obama's statements of facts, not Berg's"?
If so, when did Obama make any statement of fact that he is or was an Indonesian citizen? I can't recall seeing any such statement of fact from Obama.
However Berg clearly makes it a statement of fact when he says in his response to the motion to dismiss:
Even if Obama was, in fact, born in Hawaii, he lost his U.S. citizenship when his mother re-married and moved to Indonesia with her Indonesian husband.
Now that has to be done in court.
why is that a problem?
I don't recall saying it was a problem.
I've only said that Berg's claim that Obama is or was an Indonesian citizen makes the birth certificate moot. Because it wouldn't have mattered if he were born in Hawaii or Kenya. Even Berg says this himself.
Berg's statement:
"Even if Obama was, in fact, born in Hawaii, he lost his U.S. citizenship when his mother re-married and moved to Indonesia with her Indonesian husband."
that is what the court is to decide.
I've only said that Berg's claim that Obama is or was an Indonesian citizen makes the birth certificate moot
You tell me does Obama have an Indonesian citizenship or not?
If he does then he has a duel citizenship, and Burgs case is strong.
If not, then the case is just stupid.
Based on what? Berg's rather eccentric interpretation of the Constitution?
