The paperwork you are given when you register a birth is official and I’m sure the school where he was enrolled in jakarta “thought” it was a “regular” birth certificate.
Think about it. That school had no idea what an American birth certificate would look like.
Besides, the officials at the school in Jarkarta may never even have asked to see Obama’s birth certificate. They may have only asked his mother where Obama was born and then wrote that done.
