Wishful thinking. Congress passed the Alien & Sedition Acts once. A Democrat Congress and Executive could easily do it again. Obama is even more power-mad than the Clintons and he won in Illinois by getting revealing his opponents sealed court records opened and by throwing his opponents off the ballot.
