Hopefully that means there’s a light at the end of the tunnel and hope to god it isn’t a train...
There are a lot of House GOP members deserving of these funds. I hope it goes to those who are not retiring.
You worry warts need to snap out of it. Gov. Palin will do fine. You people need to stop reading polls that obviously oversample democrats and possibly way too many blacks. Obama is not blowing out Sen. McCain. Have you ever seen a poll where the republican presidential candidate was leading in October or November? No, you haven't because the media's grand strategy is to depress up with their daily polling and to discourage us from voting.
It appears that a lot of you have no faith in God because you are letting the words of men bring you down. You should put your trust in God, rather than men. That way, no matter what the political climate, your refuge will always be in Jesus Christ--unchanging, unfailing. Get with it, people!
Too bad none of this money will be used to mention Wright/Ayers/etc... what a waste.
They got TENCs from me in addition to the one I had already pitched in earlier.
At the beginning of September, the RNC and McCain total was $110m, not counting the $85m. With the additional $66m, it means they have a total of $261m counting from the time of convention. Not bad, considering the whole year we listed to how bad the Republicans were money wise. I agree, a big chunk of it was realized because of Palin on the ticket.
I had permitted myself to entertain the vision of a McCain-Palin victory. There is stil a chance, but it looks grim at the moment.
If we lose this election, it is going to be a very bad four years. I lived through four years of Jimmy Carter and B.O. would be Carter on steroids. Expect stagflation and international humiliation again.
Sarah Palin is our hope for the future. If she doesn’t become VP, she will still be a sitting governor, and I hope we will all rally around and support her future career.
Tonight, she will do just fine.
$66 million ping. Good news for the many challengers trying to take out vulnerable freshman Dem House incumbents.
And stupid Kathleen Parker thinks Palin should step down. What a dolt.
None of what the RNC has raised is from me. If McRino loses to the One, go ahead and blame me - I have broad shoulders.
I always am hesitant to send the RNC money. Typically I just contribute to candidates I like. If there is an advantage giving it to the RNC I don’t see one.
Palin has turned into a money machine for the RNC. This is something Romney, Thompson, or McCain could never do.
The JC Watts story doesn’t surprise me. At this point, all blacks practically HAVE to be pro-Obama. Even if they don’t like him, they’d probably get beaten down if they admitted it.
