Not excusing anyone, but I see the temptation to retaliate in kind after all the smears on Palin. I do think if he is telling the truth it needs to be heard regardless of his morals. Too many things like Ayers-immoral too-are being buried.

Spencer died after a long and well documented illness.
Only Young was both a member of TUCC and a murder victim.

If they had ignored Sinclair instead of using connections to lock him up -- with what may be the ultimate payback in a VP nod -- I would have paid little notice. The overeaction does have me curious. We shall see.

And as for the smoking of crack cocaine, that is a claim Mr. Sinclair has raised against Sen. Obama and is indeed criminal activity. It’s because of this activity that Mr. Sinclair went public (to expose a lie by Sen. Obama who claims to have done drugs only for a time in college). Mr. Sinclair has confessed to snorting coke while in the company of Sen. Obama. Never has Mr. Sinclair stated that snorting cocaine was legal.
But how is your argument even relevant? He’s not claiming the acts were legal - he’s merely claiming they happened.

“After going public on the internet with these claims against Senator Obama earlier this year, I became aware of a warrant out of Florida from 1986 which I have resolved and it has now been dismissed. I also have an active “Colorado Only” warrant for alleged “Theft and Forgery”. I am not ignoring this warrant but am addressing it with the Court in Colorado as well as with the DA’s office. I have a pending motion to dismiss this warrant which I am waiting to have calendared by the Colorado Court.”
If that doesn’t satssfy you, then why don’t you call the court in Colorado and ask for a statement, rather than rely solely on anti-Sinclair bloggers?
The man gives exact dates, times, and specific information regarding places and such. In theory, it shouldn’t be too difficult to prove the accusations one way or the other.
I’d sure like to know the truth.
