From what I understand, if you donate under $200 then your name doesn’t have to be disclosed. The charge is that they are creating a bunch of bogus names and breaking up foreign donations so that they fall under the $200. McCain has chosen to disclose all names even if he doesn’t have to. $213500000.oo divided by $200 is ummmm... 1,067,500 "contributors", if all of them contributed the maximum. Otherwise, at $25 as the average "ordinary voter" contribution, it would be a list 4,270,000 names long.
I think if Hussein were forced to divulge all those names, it would keep his staff busy for a month...
