I had not heard that, was just reading through the actual document and didn't catch that. RATS......thought this was going somewhere and the judge HAD responded.

The first page clearly states that Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss was denied, therefore OBama has 3 days to produce the documents requested...For security and privacy reasons Attorney Berg may not have wanted to show the Judge’s and his signature on the internet, so he just shows the forms...
If this were not legitimate he would not have shown the Court’s Decision to Deny..
Looks like Obama is going to have his feet held to the fire in short order...The DNC messed up big time on this and the U.S. Supreme Court could remove a candidate if he is not a verifiable naturalized citizen.....I can’t think of any precedents offhand in American History...
