Agreed...if McCain would only jump on the House Republicans’ ship, it will sail. They have a market-based solution which is 100% more palatable to Americans than the Democrats version, which uses taxpayer money. The Dems won’t no part of passing a taxpayer-based bailout without Republicans providing cover for them...which seems like McCain wants to do. Ugh...he needs to wake up.
I heard him on Fox this morning, he stated some of the same crap.
He also said that congress needed to pass the bill inspite of the voters wishes, that voters don’t really understand the issues.
McCain will NOT receive my vote I don’t care if Jesus is his running mate.

This is what I wrote back to him (not that he’ll read it, but it made me feel better). I had to tone down a bit what I really think:
It’s the traitors on the left that are the problem. They have undermined President Bush on everything—they’ve turned him into a bowl of jello. President Bush went to Washington 8 years ago talking about a new tone. You see how far that got him. They have called him everything under the sun including Hitler, murderer, and a racist. They don’t want to drill for the good of the country. They don’t want to succeed in Iraq for the good of our country. They want the economy to fail. All they care about is power. We are not fooled out here in fly over country. We’ve seen and heard too much with our own eyes and ears. Please, for goodness sake, don’t blame this on the Republicans in the House.
