That "thing" makes her look like one of the African princess busts I've seen in books. It's way too pretty to be Michelle Obama. She is missing the Angry Michelle look that she usually wears.
Couple of weird things though -
1. There is an American flag across her chest/bosom.
2. If you dare to look @ her bosom she is missing a couple of things.
