Perhaps the U.S. government can embark upon an ad campaign to encourage more HIV patients to come on over here?

This is a clear example of our elected “leaders” putting the interests of foreigners before the health and safety of Americans. Traditionally, carriers of lethal, communicable diseases were barred from entering the United States on the very common sense premise that Americans merited protection. The democrats are worse on issues like this, but the Republicans aren't much better. This is happening under Bush. Under Obama we will be PAYING for HIV positive people to come here. And perhaps he will add carriers of TB and Yellow Fever. After all, in Obama’s world, pleasing foreigners is the highest priority.
