Phillip Garrett was passing time outside a neighbor's Calvert County home, smoking a cigarette, when he noticed a girl in pigtails wandering on the street. Her pink nightgown was caked with mud, her small body covered in bruises.

Subsidized adoption.
If you’ll forgive what may seem like a quibble, being “sick” is not a capital offense.
Murder is. It is evil.
If she committed murder, the only way to serve justice is by her execution.
To say Maryland is a failed state is to just take note of the tip of the iceberg.
Nancy Pelosi is actually from Maryland. She shares in this culture.
Good. We want our LEO’s to have a great sense of humanity than mayors (D) who are buying votes with children’s-services payments.
Come to think of it ...
“Bowman has been receiving a monthly government subsidy of $2,400 to care for her three adopted children: the 7-year-old girl on the street and two others who are now officially missing. . . . With Bowman in jail, charged with child abuse, and investigators working to piece together what happened, the case again shined a spotlight on the D.C. Child and Family Services Agency . . .”
Sadly this doesn’t surprise me anymore. Our institutions continue to fail in tragic ways.
If they'd just given her a little more, or a lot more, she wouldn't have been under so much stress, and could've been a loving, doting, mother.
Blood is on the hands of the greedy, tight-fisted Republicans in the D.C. Government.

There are people who are surrounded by bigots
and know it is wrong, but are afraid to be vocal against it.
These people are going to pull the lever for Obama
and they are not being polled.

Because D.C. and the State of Maryland allow dead-beat welfare recipients to adopt children, that's why. And this policy leads DIRECTLY to the situation at hand.
It is evident that this woman "adopted" these children for the sole purpose of killing them and continuing to draw welfare to "take care" of them. As I said in my earlier post - BEYOND evil.
Why should this poor woman be punished with having to provide for the well-being of these children just because she made the mistake of adopting them?
It's you intolerant, anti-choice, "compassionate" conservatives who are sick. Why do you continue to insist on the completely arbitrary distinction as to which side of the birth canal a fetus happens to be on?
Those poor, poor girls.
I feel so sad for those girls.
What they must have had to endure leading up to and including what must have amounted to torture at the hands of someone appointed to provide safety and security.
That is the saddest thing I have ever read in my life.
I’m going home tonight and hugging my son and telling him how much I love him.
How could someone do that to a child?
Their lives must have been horrifying to have had to live through that, and endure such pain, misery, and suffering ultimately to be put to death.
How very sad.
The death penalty would be to good for her.
Now THAT’S good sarcasm.
Perhaps not ENTIRELY appropriate given the subject matter of this post, but I CERTAINLY understand your frustration.
The taxpayers a good with that? That’s just crazy stupid.
Well, justice served, anyway. The problem continues.
This makes ME want to ask B. Hussein exactly HOW long AFTER a live birth he thinks a woman should be able to take steps to avoid the “punishment” of caring for a baby.
We already KNOW that an hour or so is okay with him, so why not a year, or two, or eleven? What’s the difference, really? Does he REALLY consider what happened here MURDER, or is it just a VERY late term abortion?
I want an answer from HIM to that question!

I did not take the time to read the link/article.
If she was guilty IOW no stupid a** guy living off her ect ect...
Would be real easy to just toss her in the freezer put a lock on it and let her share the fate she gave her babies.
Those kids our in Heavens hands now. Not that that makes any of us feel better for the suffering and loss of life.
True enough, FRiend. True enough.
