The truth is, most of the Republicans who voted NAY announced they were doing so in various forms of media well before Nancy ever gave her ever-so-charming speech.

Can you summarize Kucinish's analysis? I have several problems with the defeated proposal, but the thing that irritates me the most is that foreign banks would get bail out help. If we need a bail out, then it is an American Bail Out, not a Global Bail Out.
