When did the Senate vote??

They didn't.

Several FReepers today seem very confused about the difference between the House and Senate. Kind of scary.

I am beginning to wonder if we should have a test for joining the Free Republic.

Posters should know the difference between the house and the senate, not to mention who their congresscritter and Senators might be.
