Given that the topic over which Biden was going crazy was his opposition to apartheid, it is hard to see how his delivery would now, over twenty years later, be taken to be evidence of his being temperamentally unqualified to be president.

From my memory, a lot of what he said was edited out of that story you posted. Also there was a lot of visual action. This is something you have to SEE to understand what a complete meltdown it was. So how was I able to remember this? Because Biden's performance was so astoundingly amazing that a friend of mine, Rob Timmons, and I were later laughing about it.

Oh, and later Biden himself said he was incredibly embarrassed when he viewed that video.

Folks, trust me. When you SEE this video you will realize that it is a campaign killer for Biden.

Since it’s been three weeks and still no video; I’m beginning to wonder if this entire thread was even series to begin with.

Not to mention this video will have zero impact on the election. We have already seen enough nutty outbursts from Biden, everybody has already accepted that Biden is the crazy Uncle, I read the transcript, nothing in there controversial, now if you had Biden stating the opposite, then you would have something.
