Some of them were very angry when the bishops spoke out against Pelosi and Biden about abortion — that they shouldn’t receive communion. One co-worker said that if any priest tried to do this to me, I would laugh in his face. Their attitude to anyone who expresses a conservative point of view, either theologically or politically, is very condescending.
