We weren't allowed to take our own signs into the Palin/McCain rally in Fairfax Virginia.

Part of the problem was that there were not really enough security check lanes to deal with our truly enormous, unexpected crowd ~ and folks would have simply not gotten to the rally.

I'm surprised folks haven't caught up with this problem.
