I don't know if you can get your employer to stop withholding taxes, but you can sure as heck change your withholding allowance. Starve 'em for a while, just like they're starving the taxpayers. Without us, they're nothing. Remember, THEY work for US!
YEP....hmmmm maybe the estimated quarterly tax might be a way to do this...

If anyone does that, they should set aside the extra money and not spend it. Just be sure you put it in a bank that won’t go under :-)
