Yes, heard that too. It was debunked on the radio afterwards — seems Obambi gave a speech with words to that effect, but he said nothing in the Senate at all.

Apparently, and Obama warned about the Russian military buildup against Georgia last April!

On another note, after the debate Clueless Joe Biden later stated on FOX News that HE was in Tblisi when the Russian tanks rolled in at the request of his friend "Misha", President Sakashaavilli (sp?).

That's it then, Obama is a clairvoyant, but Biden's still a dope.
