Didn’t he say something about a “missile in a suitcase” ?
Obama tried to convey that suitcase nukes are more of a threat to the U.S. than rogue tipped ICBM missiles, but butted himself by saying that missile defense is as important or more so.
A non sequitur moment...as he usually is.
