Did he say Americans or American taxpayers?

First he said "95% of working families" and later he said "95% of Americans" and, yes, either one is a lie.

Obama and O’Reilly went head to head over that one, too! O’Reilly pointed out that, what, 90%+ of Americans don't pay ANY taxes. I believe that 90+ is correct, I'm trying to remember. If anyone knows better, please feel free to correct me.
