Guess where Obama got that from? When Katie C. was interviewing Sarah (#2 interview), Sarah said that Kissinger would never agree to a meeting with Iran without preconditions.

Katie said, after the interview, that she checked with Kissinger and he said he would meet with Iran President without preconditions. Thus Obama got the answer from Katie's interview. In the tank.
