This is a classic Kissinger tale from the eastern libs who hated him.
As an undergrad, Henry submitted a 100+ page paper that was PRIMO.
The prof was forced to read it, bit**ed about it, passed it around, others did dissertations based on it...
the bottom line was that Harvard changed its upper limits on undergrad paper lengths because of Henry Kissinger.
