This debate is so bogus. Its supposed to be about national security, but its turning out to be anything but. Thanks Jim Lehrer—NOT!

Juan started mouthing off about climate change again!
If, as Lehrer said, it’s inevitable now that one of these two idiots will be our next president, I fear that terrible days are ahead for the Republic and her citizens.

Time: 2139/ Politically, theyre both doing very well, but McCain is coming off as the wiser of the two.

The moderator is doing a piss poor job. He lets Obama talk as much as he wants and constantly cuts off McCain.

McCain: War, Veterans, funding for defense. And oh yes, funding. Obama: economy, lies.

has anyone else noticed the camera angles? they keep showing both candidates when JM is speaking and BO alone when BO is talking.
Also, they keep showing McCain from behind - what the hell is with that??

“Pokistun” If Barry were a real American, he’d say Pakistan like the rest of us and not try to be so Middle-Eastern.

McCain stays silent and let's Obama bury himself. Every time I see John McCain smiling with a twinkle in his eye, it's like a knife fighter who's just called in a pre-positioned artillery strike. Anyone with a slight military background or even played a video game (first person shooter or strategy) knows that McCain is trumping Obama in spades.
Obama is going to have all of his statements and double talk thrown right back into his face on multiple YouTube videos the way he's flip flopped so many times already.
The only thing that Obama has is accusations.

I am about to go ballistic on the TV. This impudent elitist, Sen. Obama, has referred to Sen. McCain, more often than not, as merely “John”. That is appalling, and most clearly demonstrates his arrogance and snobbery.
McCain is doing well, IMO.

Were I a GOP candidate running for President, I would refuse to participate in these stupid dog-and-pony shows, staged so the msm can feel relevant. I would tell the press that they can just publish their reports that the Democrat won all three debates and save everyone some TV time.
Debates are another rancid legacy from Richard Nixon...and he lost his to JFK, of course.

What is up with the CNN rating dials on the sides (it may only be on the HD feed)? You’ve got all these pundits doing their ratings and clearly it’s just based on their political biases — Begala, Brazile, and Borger favoring Obama.
The Republican pundits are trying to be “fair”. So of course this will just lead to an image that Obama’s doing well because one side is being partisan and the other is trying to be “fair”.

Has anybody noticed that Barry is wearing a lapel pin? I cant make it out though. What is it??? Its certainty not an American Lapel pin.
