Ah, you’ve got your facts a little skewed. MCain said he’d suspend his campaign and skip the debates until a resolution on a bail out package was reached. “Debates can wait, this is more important”.
It hasn’t and he’s debating tonight. Now who looks like a moron. It’s coming across as a politcal stunt that didn’t work. He took a gamble that he’d come in as the shining knight to broker a deal, but conservatives in the House (thank God), balked.
