I was listening to the radio on the way to work this morning and it was being reported that MN pays out $11 BILLION a year in welfare “benefits”.
I believe you’re thinking of the state of Maine, which has a huge Somali population. Funny, Somalia’s a hot, desert coutnry, but they’re now living in Minnesota and Maine - two states as cold as a grave digger’s butt, at least in winter.
