He entered Pakistan on an Indonesian passport at age 20. He had until age 21 to take the Oath of Allegiance to the US to retain his US citizenship. No record can be found of his ever doing so, nor has he or any of his ‘Bots ever given any information about where and when this might have occurred.

Considering the Indonesian passport, and lack of Oath of Allegiance ceremony, I think not only is Ruh-Roh not a natural-born citizen, he may actually be an undocumented illegal alien!
Perhaps he can apply for amnesty.
