SEC. 1602. Weatherization: Underlying bill increases this program by $250 million

Farm Service Agency IT, $171.7 million

Distance learning, telemedicine, and broadband, $26 million

Nutrition programs for Women, infants, and children, $450 million

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance program, $50 million

Commodity Assistance Program, $30 million

Community Oriented Policing Services, $500 million

Bureau of Reclamation, Water and Related Resources, $50 million

Energy Efficiency, Weather Assistance Program, $500 million

Energy Efficiency, Advanced Battery Technology, $300 million

Local Government and Tribal Technology Demonstrations, $300 million

Non-Defense Environmental Cleanup, $120 million

Uranium Enrichment Decontamination and Decommissioning Fund, $120 million

Treasury Inspector General, $10.6 million

GSA Federal Buildings Fund DHS/CG Construction, $346.6 million

Coast Guard Polar Icebreaker, $925 million

EPA Science and Technology, $10.6 million

EPA State and Tribal Assistance Grants, $600 million

Labor HHS Youth Training/Dislocated Workers, $600 million

Disease Control, Research and Training (hepatitis), $46 million

Administration on Aging, Senior Meals, $60 million

Grants for Airport Improvement, $400 million

Grants for Federal Highway Administration, $8 billion

Grants for AMTRAK, $350 million

Grants for Mass Transit, $2 billion

Assistance to small shipyards, $44 million

We knew they’d do this, but it still steams me to see it.

I just called Dr Coburn’s office about this. The girl told me she’d heard from one other person about this, and she was going to be trying to get the info to Dr Coburn.

He is one of the few we can count on to try to stop it.

OK, I finally got into Sen Inhofe’s office phone line. Gave the girl the scoop. She reacted as if it were previously unknown to her.

I asked her to pass on the message that he should do what he can to stop it.
