Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread - Thursday 9/25/08
The EIB Network ^ | September 25, 2008 | Rush Limbaugh

Posted on 09/25/2008 8:21:33 AM PDT by TSchmereL

AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! America's Anchorman, Truth Detector, Doctor of Democracy, and Chief of the Patriotism Police. He is the man who runs America. He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do--That's host. Get ready to what you were born to do--That's listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

We love to hear Rush Limbaugh,
Excellence in Broadcasting.
From sea to shining sea,
Millions and millions listen.
Conservative voice of freedom,
Heard throughout all America.
A message pure and truthful,
The downhearted are encouraged.
Integrity and honesty his motto.
We love you, Rush.
Listen to Rush Limbaugh.
G-d Bless you, Rush Limbaugh.

Ok—can someone tell me if the debate tomorrow night is on or off?

FWIW, we're about to get screwed to the tune of over a trillion dollars. I could give a rat's hairy hind end about the frigging debates. But I'm sure both parties would rather talk about those than the bailout.

I'm glad J McCain has gone back to the Hill. When he sees all the pork and side issues in the Dems “framework” for the Bailout; he will call them out and name names.

Am I in one of the 57 states? I guess I'll be PRESIDENT in 40 days, since the new 7 states will vote for me. If I'm not president in 40 days, I'll start a COUP!!

I agree with Rush. Later today McCain will declare “much progress is being made” and say that the debate should proceed - - - topic: the economy.

POLITICIANS ARE NOT ELECTED TO RUN FOR OFFICE.

So let's vote out every member of the House who signs on to the bailout. Irregardless of party. That'll send a message.

True, I am with you on this, but there are some POLITICIANS who tend to forget this.

Well, from your lips, metaphorically speaking :) But I wouldn't hold my breath while we wait.

“Irregardless of party. That’ll send a message.”

REgardless of party. That’ll send an even better message. Common mistake.

Obama wants it...but McCain is showing LEADERSHIP. There might be a debate between BHO and an empty chair, and the empty chair will win!!

"A president needs to be able to multi-task" = "I'm behind in the polls and care more about my debate than the good of the nation."

Notice how child-like Obama is: He was counting on an event going off as scheduled, and now he whines that it isn't going to happen.

Notice how soldier-like McCain is: There is a crisis that requires action, and that gets top priority. Everything else is "subject to the exigencies of the Service".
