Are they more directly impacted by the oil issues off the Texas coast

There is no shortage in Texas and the price has dropped 10-15 cents since Ike. It was 3.69 before and today it's around 3.54 to 3.59. I've seen one or two down as low as 3.34. Family in the Beaumont and East Texas area say recovery is ahead of schedule.

There was an article posted yesterday about some shortages in the Dallas area. Can't find the article since the search isn't working.
