I don’t listen to Jack Welch anymore. He has made a hard left turn. Just look at the list of his wedding party to his 3rd marriage...Vernon Jordan, Matt Lauer, Barry Diller, Doris Kearns Goodwin (gag), Charlie Rose, John McLaughlin.
That said, he’s trying to promote dem principles so I wouldn’t trust his advice.
