Did you hear about the largest Chevy Dealership closing? I hope for the best but right now, it does not look great. Banks are not lending money and cars are not being sold because loans are not being approved, even with excellent credit. If President Bush is coming on t.v. tonight and we are not in grave danger of hardships in our economy, he is going to really have a hard time getting that approval rating over 10%.
Car companies have been pumpin' out crap for too long.
It's called innovation and real improvement of quality, GM, Ford, et.al..
My thoughts go to the id 19 Citroen produced on a dirt floor factory in 1955, over half a century ago.
I know some will laugh and scorn, but it had gobs of quality cool features (massive inboard disc brakes with pads you could change yourself with no tools just by lifting the hood, etc. and on and on, I won't bore those who aren't interested, it's the point I making that matters).
