Or blacks to whites?
I personally believe they are whites fleeing cities to the suburbs, and taking the no down payment offers.
No cost is too great to get out of the City school systems,,,,at least what they think.

But, but, but, the Oklahoma mainstream media says Oklahoma is in great shape, and isn’t being affected by the present problems.

No, its that he doesnt know how to deal with important issues.Yup! He doesn't want others to see that side of him.
He needs a teleprompter to read to know what to say.
I watched him give his press conference this afternoon. He kept looking to the left and looking to the right, but never straight ahead. I was getting dizzy by his head motion.

"He kept looking to the left and looking to the right, but never straight ahead."Image. Physical characteristics can sway some sheeple and he doesnt want anyone else to notice that he has Dumbo ears.
I knew a woman who wouldnt vote for Dole because he had a bum hand, "I dont want to vote for a president that everyone will call Flipper."

Early results are that Obama is getting away with dising McCain. Obama’s rap about McCain not being able to do two things at once is gaining traction, dammit.

Reid cannot tell McCain to stay away, McCain is a senior sitting Senator who holds sway with an enormous amount of senators, thats more than Reid and Pelosi can do. The problem with Senator Reid is that he doesn't have the anywhere close to the influence of Senator McCain, who's been in the US Senate for 22 years and has the ear of most of the Senate on both sides of the aisle. We need leaders NOW, not obstructionists like the Democratic leadership in Congress.

"No doubt you are benefiting from the recent housing shortage in the Houston/Galvaston area." I benefit from hard work you jackass. And quit being a jackass about my area getting hit by a hurricane. You are pathetic.

I’m with you . The core of the problem is that every body and his brother were getting home loans with no means of payment. Here in NJ no proof of income was required. If you don’t have the money you can’t have it .TOUGH SH*T that’s life.

No one’s building 200K homes in BA these days..lots are (or were) 70K min.

Come now! Surely they need someone on hand to vote "Present."

A hurricane? You had a hurricane? Now how would we know that?
It's a total surprise to me.
To: pabianice
Crap...I own my home outright. Maybe I could get a second mortgage to take advantage of Obama’s socialist giveaways.

The deadbeats got foreclosed in early 2007. Later as prices plunged 20% (on average) folks started walking away from mortgages for more than their homes were worth.
Now we have about 5% of homeowners whose homes have continued to plunge in price and despite their having had as high as 50% equity in their homes just 2 years ago, they now find their mortgages are way out of line with their homes' current worth.
To: pabianice
if the plan is to reset all the defaulted mortgages at market value - it seems like a good time to get into the appraisal business.
