McCain should craft and run a single, 1-minute ad to run the rest of the week. The ad should state that he is taking his ads off the air, and profess that this is the time for us to come together as Americans, and not Democrats and Republicans. Here’s another irony of Obambi’s position that hasn’t been pointed out yet (to my knowledge):

Obambi recently said that if this economic bailout unfolds the way it looks now, he would have to delay most of the spending he’s promising on the stump now.

IOW, he’s GOT NOTHING.

Since his entire campaign is one big spending promise, and since he himself admits that this economic crisis completely undercuts his argument that he can pay for his spending spree with “budget cuts,” Obambi of all senators should get his butt back to Washington to preserve his position.
