I think a lot of people are forgetting this is a REAL crisis. This isn’t just a crying wolf moment in time. We were THIS CLOSE to a meltdown not seen since 1929..and it isn’t over yet.
I can hate the bailout, you can hate the bailout, but this is like an episode of House where the patient is so screwed up, you may have to kill him or almost kill him 3 times to save him.
There are no good choices left.
Good analogy. I'll be sure to pass that one to my wife who's a big House (TV show) fan. One of the few shows she will actually watch.

Maybe. Maybe not. When people want you to give them 700 billion dollars based on their assurance that the sky is falling, I want some pretty definitive proof.
