Fine, the U.S.A. should pull our troops out of South Korea and Japan. Let them pay for their own defense. Let them both go it alone against their very large and “peaceful” neighbor communist China.
Same for Germany too.
It’s time.
The best defense is good offense, and maintaining military alliances overseas is good policy — especially with Japan, which was overwhelmingly disarmed as a consequence of WW-II and remains so.
